    Bad location beyond the park, bad food don’t stay here. Great customer service, kind staff.

    The pool area was lovely, shuttle buses are regular. The pool has a slide, and gardens are very pretty and beautifully groomed overlooking the water. The Chinese restaurant at Explorers next door had a great Halloween Chinese menu while was special.

    I do not recommend anyone stays here for more than 1 night to go to the park, or ideally just catch the MTR. - There’s no where to eat at the resort. Theres one restaurant that’s mostly just open for buffet meals. We had lunch there à la carte they said wait time would be 45 min wait time, we waited and the burgers and kids food we got was inedible. Sent to eat at Explorers all the time. Explorers was packed because everyone had to go there. The Wind e Chinese restaurant was a nice meal. Colours of the world was so bad, we were getting taxis over to Discovery Bay for our meals in the end. -Everything is extra. At $400 a night AUD- there’s no breakfast, a coffee from an automatic machine next door is $12AUD the same as you’d get from a petrol station. The standard toiletries park in every hotel room is extra here for the “environment” but this whole place is plastic gifts for sale.

    Fabulous! Will stay again. Dinner buffet is superb!

    Very clean and nice rooms. Good view and comfy interior. You can tell its newly refurbished and renovated.

    The scent of the lobby is a bit strange.
