    Localização e limpeza.

    Da rigidez das regras. Fiz uma reserva pra 9 noites e, por causa de um cancelamento de voo, perdi a primeira. Avisei com 7 dias de antecedência, assim que fui notificado e não me restituiram uma diária como forma de cortesia já que ficaria mais oito noites, o que não é comum. Além disso, solicitei um late check-out até às 14hs, e só me deram até às 12hs. E por fim, como não estava conseguindo ser atendido por um motorista de aplicativo na hora de ir para o aeroporto, mesmo vendo meu nervosismo, a funcionária foi zero prestativa. Se limitou a dizer que o motorista que os atende só chegaria em 50 min, o que obviamente não me atendia.
