    The view of the balloons was amazing and the lovely roof terrace adds to the experience

    The location was perfect. Staff very friendly. Good selection at breakfast.

    Room was small with no storage for clothes other than a few hangers but it is a cave after all!

    Admin were super helpful with a baggage of ours that never showed up. They stayed in contact and were nothing but super

    Prime location for watching the balloons and very nice cave rooms. Breakfast provided was also exceptional
