    Good location but really small room.

    Really good location.

    Family room was really small for 4 people. Air condition was placed over beds which was blowing cold air straight into face. Some people started playing extremely loud music in higher floor at night which was against rules. Host was unreachable.

    Based on a false description and DK House's behavior we would not recommend DK House

    The location

    The description listed was inaccurate - it says it is a 3-bedroom suite. Upon entering the place, we found out that it was a 1 room suite with 3 beds. When we pointed this out to the property owner, the owner retorted that the description was not 3 bedrooms, but in fact, in their opinion, said it was a suite with 3 beds. In addition, the property owner's communication was rather rude. Booking.com had shown that the property owner would give entry information a week before, and we still hadn't received it. When we messaged the owner, they said it was already sent and to re-read the instructions. However, on our end, we did not see any information. Even when we had Booking.com point this out to the property owner, they still insisted that we had "missed" the information, never acknowledging where we were coming from.

    Horrible stay

    Only the location.

    It was horrible. It was wat smaller that advertised on the pictures, there were hairs all over, there was mold on the walls, beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was super tiny.
