Staff were very friendly. Hotel lobby and bar area looks very nice .
Spa was disappointing , jacuzzi was not working , filter problem , steam room wasn't hot and didn't get hot in the 1 1/2 hours we were in there and the sauna was cold at first but took 45 mins to heat up , everywhere needs refurbishment ,pain peeling off the ceiling ,sauna falling apart not good for a 4* hotel . Shower area was not clean in the rooms as well . We booked the hotel especially to use the spa facilities and it was very disappointing , would not recommend as the hotel needs refurbishment.

Buona struttura nel complesso, ma alcuni servizi da rivedere per il prezzo pagato
Struttura molto bella e pulita, con una camera accogliente e un letto davvero comodo. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e super disponibile. Molto puliti e ben tenuti sia l'hammam che il bagno turco nella zona benessere. La colazione offre un buffet molto ricco e di ottima qualità per la parte salata.
Il set di cortesia del bagno non è stato rinnovato: ci sono stati lasciati due shampoo al posto del bagnoschiuma. La colazione ha pochissima scelta di dolci (solo una torta e due pasticcini), risultando un po' sbilanciata per chi non ama il salato la mattina. La zona SPA ci ha delusi: le piscine "riscaldate" erano fredde, la jacuzzi aveva i getti intasati e la doccia con il secchio era sporca. Infine, la posizione è isolata e priva di servizi vicini (come un bar o un minimarket), costringendo a usare auto o taxi per qualsiasi spostamento. Nel complesso, per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavamo un servizio superiore o una posizione più centrale.
