    Decent. But felt a few off the residents were to be honest power crazy. Example. Where’s your flip

    Was really poor for walking ( I know Tenerife is very hilly) but need a key for the top gate! To walk past a gate the ten minutes later walk past it after you are out the gate at the main entrance 🤦. Poor.

    Communication with the owners. I don’t speak Spanish but neither did the 2 nd female we met. Although they were very nice.

    Good, but couldve been better.

    Location was abit far from everything for kids and restaurants. Need a car rental to get anywhere unless your willing to spend alot daily on taxis. No air conditioning in the apartment so go in spring.

    Exceptional

    Clean,and big enough. All the place in,and around the appaprtman are tidy. The swiming pool is amazing,heated clean water.Parking in the garage is really helpfull,especially at hot days,the car not overheated before your trip...Contact person really helpfull..No additional hiden cost. Fair price. Location could be better,but that still good enough for many people,and that is not a problem if you have a car... All together for price this appartman exceeded my expectation!

    Dissapointing

    Very nice pool.

    Very many ants everywhere especially the kitchen, the floors were not clean, plates and cutlery not clean either.
