The location and property were fine. House is modern. We enjoyed having morning coffee on the dock.
Furniture dated, dirty. Carpet needs cleaning. Fireplace, ice maker, Keurig coffee maker not working. Mattress practically on the ground, making it extremely difficult to get up. No kitchen supplies (dish soap, dishwasher pods, towels) Extremely loud traffic noise at night.

High Potential Falls Short
Location was great for a wedding near by. The views of the water are great. We ran into the cleaning crew and they were kind and respectful and did a nice job.
The whole experience was generally negative. There is no local host to respond to any needs. The game room is children’s toys in the garage. The front door looked like it had been kicked in. The front window was broken. 6 windows were unlocked when we arrived (keep in mind that Seaford has a crime rate 169% higher than the national average!). Not a single mattress fit onto the bed frame it sat on. The water dispenser in the fridge didn’t work. And the entire house has been clearly heavily abused by previous guests. We booked two nights and chose to only stay one.

i booked this for a surprise party for my mom and i decorated and cooked etc it was a nice space very clean and quiet lo

A Wedding in Seaford
The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We stayed in the area to attend a wedding and there was an iron at the house, but no ironing board. The hosts had a new ironing board delivered to us!!
The cleaning staff could be more thorough. Some of the outdoor furniture is broken or is in poor condition and should be replaced for safety. The beds are comfortable but very low to the floor. It could be challenging for older adults.
