    The location was great. The beds we comfortable. The pool area was nice. The fishing area was nice was well.

    My stay would have been top tier if the kitchen sink did not have a leak getting water everywhere and having to dump water from the bowl the cleaning team left. The house also had roaches.

    Very good

    The location was great. Saw beautiful sunsets. It's the best of both worlds. Fish when you wanted (day or night). I caught a variety of fish, redfish, speckled and sand trout. If you got too hot, take a break and go for a swim in the pool. The house was clean, fully stocked. Be sure to open all the drawers in the kitchen. It's amazing what you may need and don't have, and it's probably in one of those drawers. There are swings downstairs to enjoy the view or hang out by the pool. The satellite TV had lots of choices in the event it's raining.

    Because of the location and it's right on the water, you should be prepared for mosquitoes. Bring lots of spray, citronella candles and insect spray. Place a candle by front door to keep mosquitoes out. I sprayed insect spray around the outside door frame just in case. They also need to replace some lights bulbs on the pier. There is no green fishing light.
