    A very good stay, apart from the food!

    Everything apart from the details in the next box

    Food; Evening dinner - main course was just ok but nothing special, desert not good (Tiramisu). Tasted claggy, stale. Breakfast not good, whilst hot it seemed like it had been cooked & left for some time. Coffee tasted cheap, not a true coffee drinkers choice!

    Great location. Staff all very friendly. Lovely evening meal and a good choice of breakfast.

    Obviously old building so no double glazing, window rattled and a bit of a draft. Would of liked a coffee machine at breakfast as hot water flask didn't really have hot water and only instant coffees
