    舒適環境，親切服務

    服務人員非常的親切，check-in後幫我們將行李送到房間，房間每天還會招待松山特色的小點心，大廳一處還有供應不同的柑橘汁。房間是傳統的榻榻米，每天和櫃台確認好鋪床時間，會有服務人員每晚來鋪床，住的愜意開心。

    快適に過ごせました。

    設備は古い印象ですが、全体として清潔感があり快適でした。道後温泉本館に近く、タオルの貸出が便利でした。また、チェックアウト後も車を預かってもらえ、界隈を散策・観光するのにとても助かりました。

    大浴場やトイレの洗面シンクの水アカが気になりました。夕食は鯛づくしでしたが、お造りなどは他のお魚も食べられると良かったなと思います。

    God beliggenhed, autentiske måltider, men lidt slidte værelser.

    Det ligger super godt. Meget store værelser. Spændende at prøve de japanske set dinners, hvis man har ophold med mad.

    Der mangler en bar, og værelserne har set bedre dage. Lidt nedslidte, men der er, hvad der skal være. Meget få stikkontakter og ikke noget læselys ved sengen.
