  Posizione comoda a un passo da spaccanapoli

  Grave pecca: la porta del bagno rimane aperta nel senso che non si può neanche accostare andava chiusa con un mobile di fortuna. Non era presente una macchinetta del caffè, ne' una moka, rifiniture dell'appartamento non curate. L'ingresso del palazzo aveva calcinacci divelti, mozziconi di sigaretta e depliant buttati a terra.

  It is ok for a short stay but the pictures are far better than the apartment actually is.

  The location is very good. The WiFi is also very fast. The apartment size is OK for 2 adults and 2 kids. The bed was comfy.

  We wrote to the owner in advance about our check-in time, which he confirmed in writing. But when we arrived at the location, the room was not ready, and the owner wasn't there, only the cleaning personnel. So we dropped off our bags and came back to the apartment later. We paid the city-tax (per person per night) to the cleaning lady in cash, and we never received a receipt or confirmation of payment. The apartment did not have some of the amenities in the kitchen, as were shown in the picture (e.g. no electric kettle). The wires and internet router were hanging off the wall by wires, as it had fallen off the wall. The bathroom over-head shower did not work, and the bathroom door was broken, i.e. it could not be closed at all, this is a problem when there are 4 people in the apartment. Also the glass séparée of the shower cabin was not secured correclty and a hazard for kids. And although the bed-linens and towel were clean, they were really badly stained. The owner was aware of the problems and wanted to send a plumber to fix the issue during our stay and asked us to be at home when the plumber comes, but we politely told him that we had other plans.

  Very good

  The location was perfect to walk to all the sites, train station and 24hr taxi stand.

  No internet connection which was frustrating as I needed to book ongoing travels. The owner tried to assist but it didn’t work.

  helpful host and everything very clean but rooms more tired looking than in the photos

  Very clean; comfortable main bed

  noisy bar nearby; decor ok but bit tired
