Perfect Host, Property and Location
Luigi met us without even being told the exact time we were arriving. He first gave us an extensive tour of the property and then marked up a map showing the main attractions and services. Despite not being a b&b, he showed us the food they had purchased for us and the complimentary bottle of prosecco. His personal touch was incredible and a great way to start our time in Rome! The room is so spacious for a property in a major city! We loved everything about the rooms and the location is absolute perfection - right near main tourist attractions and a metro stop. If I came back to Rome, I would definitely stay here again!
The only minor thing is the shower fixture is a bit tricky to get the water to the correct temperature. We Americans are so spoiled.

Excellent location. Veey close to Colloseum and Rome centre but in a fairly quiet location. Plenty of space. Luigi was there to meet and welcome us when we arrived after a delay. The fridge was exceptionally well stocked with food and wine so we didn't need to shop for breakfast during our 2 day stay. Would recommend to others.
The water pressure was low and the shower quite cramped. Bathroom wasn't that small so a bigger shower enclosure with a power shower would be a good upgrade to consider for the future.

A great place in a great location!
Excellent location and few minutes from the Colosseum but on a very quiet side street. Absolutely beautiful period property. Rome is amazing but madness and it is great to have a quiet haven to return to after a day in the crowds! The host left lots more provisions than you would expect, which really helped when there is so much rushing around to do! I would definately recommend this place!
The kitchen is very small but enough for basic meal prep if you don’t want to eat out all the time.
