A quintessential old building with a charming authentic feel and with modern comforts in the heart of historic town
It was a quintessential old building with a charming authentic feel and modern comforts in the heart of historic town. The location was so convenient right near the colosseum walking distance to most attractions and 3 mins from the metro. The hosts Luigi and Christina were fantastic met us on site to welcome us and had pre stocked the kitchen with some items for our first breakfast very thoughtful. Main bedroom was very comfortable and our kids said the sofa bed was too. A/C in both the bedroom and main living room was very much appreciated to escape the humidity.

Perfect days in Rome.
Perfect place and wonderful hostes! The apartment was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and just a few steps away from the Colosseum. The kitchen was extremely well-equipped, and the hostes thoughtfully left us a homemade apple pie and a variety of breakfast items, including bread, toast, different kinds of cold cuts, juice, milk, tea, and coffee — and even a bottle of Prosecco! The hostes also gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and supermarkets. I absolutely loved this place!

Excellent and would definitely stay again!
Very close to the colosseum, and only 10-15 minutes walk away from other major sites. The apartment is a 20 minute walk from the train station and 2-3 minutes to bars and restaurants that serve breakfast. It was very clean, spacious and had everything you need

Perfect upmarket roost for a tour of the sites of Ancient Rome.
Incredible location for seeing the ancient Roman city. You can see the colosseum from the front door. It’s perfectly positioned for the forums & domus Aurea, and an easy walk to many other overlooked gems. Main bed is great and large. Second bed is a sofa bed - fine for kids. Cots are available on request. Small kitchen - good for breakfast and light cooking. Coffee machine and stovetop espresso maker provided. The hosts were very pleasant and met us personally on arrival. They even left us some goodies to eat and drink - maybe you might get lucky too ;-)
Wi-fi signal in master bedroom is weak - drops when door is closed.
