  Spazio in comune occupato da gente che vi dormiva, coinquilini con telefono ad alta voce fino alle 4 di notte, muffa vicino alla doccia.

  Disappointing stay — Poor value for money, noisy, and unmaintained

  Excellent location: Very close to the Metro A station with plenty of food shops nearby. Smart access: The exterior gate, main gate, and apartment door can all be opened remotely via the internet, which was very convenient.

  Poor value for money: Given the high number of maintenance, cleanliness, and service issues, this property does not offer good value for what you pay. Poor check-in management: I requested an early check-in a week in advance and was told it depended on availability. I arrived at 12 PM and found the rooms vacant but uncleaned. The owner asked me to wait until 3 PM. Despite being exhausted from my trip, I waited around the neighborhood, but the room wasn't actually ready until 4 PM. Shared layout: The room is part of a 3-bedroom apartment. While each room has a private bathroom, you share the main entrance and the kitchen. Noise issues: Because it is on the ground floor facing a main street, there is constant street noise. Additionally, you can hear a lot of noise from upstairs. The room doors are very loud when opening and closing; my own door even drags against the floor every time it moves. Cleanliness & Pests: No room cleaning service was provided during my stay. I noticed water splash marks in some corners, and occasionally saw cockroaches. Tax receipt missing: The owner collected the local municipal tax in cash and promised to send a receipt, but I still have not received it. Amenities: The bed is not hotel-grade comfort, and the TV is incredibly small. There is no wastebasket in the bedroom (only in the bathroom), no bottled drinking water is provided, and while there are toiletries, no toothpaste or toothbrush is included.

  Mieszkanie okej ale kontakt z właścicielem tragedia

  W ostatniej chwili zmieniono nam mieszkanie na inne (5 godzin przed zameldowaniem) W samym mieszkaniu były pseudo poduszki a w mieszkaniu śmierdziało. Drzwi wejściowe jak i te na tarasie były z tektury i nie dawały one żadnego poczucia bezpieczeństwa W mieszkaniu nie było również kosza na śmieci Kontakt z właścicielem znikomy, nie odbierał telefonów i godzinę czekaliśmy pod adresem który wskazał nie wiedząc czy dostaniemy mieszkanie. Wszystkie sprawy były załatwiane przez osoby trzecie a nie bezpośrednio z samym właścicielem co budziło pewne podejrzenia co do obiektu . Wiele nerwów kosztował nas kontakt z zarządcą obiektu .

  Sauber, in der Metrostation und viele Geschäfte und Market.

  WLAN hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert während unser Aufenthalt. Wir hatten der Personal Nachricht geschickt aber nicht reagiert. Das fand ich total schade.
