    La posizione è molto comoda, alla Biennale si va a piedi, al Festival del Cinema in poche fermate di vaporetto. La casa è comoda, ben accessoriata.

    La scala di accesso è un po’ faticosa, ripida e con gradini alti. Non un problema per chi è giovane ma per chi non lo è può esserlo.
