  Convenient Location: It is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, and there are some great restaurants right at the doorstep. Good Value & Space: Considering it has three bedrooms, the price-to-value ratio is decent if you are traveling with a group.

  Outdated Bedrooms: While the living room and kitchen appear to have been recently renovated, all three bedrooms feel quite old and tired. Ground Floor & No Elevator: The apartment is on the ground floor, meaning no elevator, but you still have to carry your own heavy luggage through the entrance steps/hallway. Unhelpful Staff: The staff seemed to be part-timers whose only job is to communicate basic check-in rules. They were not welcoming, showed zero enthusiasm, and were unhelpful when it came to solving issues. Unreasonable Trash Rules: Guests are required to take their own garbage to a designated spot outside, and the specified time window is strictly 6:30 AM to 8:30 AM. I honestly have no idea what traveler wakes up that early just to throw away trash—I certainly didn't! Cash-Only City Tax: Be prepared that the city tax must be paid in cash.

  Really great stay in a a great part of Venice.

  Great location, great spacious apartment, plenty of beds for 6 people, large bathroom and kitchen. Easy access right from the bus/train station. Quiet location and the first floor is ok even if you have to use the stairs. The host was responsive and helpful, it was really a pleasure, no waiting or confusing instructions. We had everything we needed. Amenities are very close by, so are cafes and local restaurant away from the main tourist traps.

  I would maybe add a microwave. The apartment is on floor one, so you have to use the stairs, but it is ok for a young family. Well, the price of the accomodation is something you have to accept I guess, but maybe it is justified once you see how many tourists flood the city, so it could be double that.

  The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. However, we were disappointed with the host’s communication. We were told to sort our rubbish and take it ourselves to a collection point about a five-minute walk away. If we could not do so, we were told to tip the cleaner to dispose of it for us. We respect Venice’s waste rules, but we found this unreasonable, especially on a busy check-out morning. More concerning was the initial message stating that waste disposal was our “direct responsibility” under Venice regulations and warning that we could be fined. The wording felt unnecessarily threatening. After we questioned this, the host clarified that leaving properly bagged rubbish inside the apartment would not result in a fine. None of these specific requirements were stated in the Booking.com house rules when we booked. If such strict procedures are expected of guests, they should be clearly disclosed before booking. After check-out, we accidentally left something inside. We acknowledge that this was our mistake, but when we asked for help, the host said, “I live 30 minutes away. This is extra work.” We appreciated the help, but the way it was communicated made us uncomfortable. The apartment itself was very nice, but clearer and more courteous communication would have made our stay much better.

  Appartamento in ottima posizione, in contesto tranquillo.

  Posizione comodissima per raggiungere sia il centro che la stazione dei treni. Vicina anche alle fermate del vaporetto e dell’Alilaguna.

  La presenza di un solo bagno e la scarsa dotazione della cucina, non c’era il minimo indispensabile per far fronte almeno alle prime necessità (zucchero, bustine thè, strofinacci).
