    Overall, a satisfactory stay.

    Near to the train station.

Power supply is insufficient to support both aircon and water kettle at the same time as it will trip. Read that this is common in Venice. Also the shower water heater could not supply hot water after a while.

The welcoming staff was very friendly and very responsive to our messages :) the room was beautiful and clean, same as we saw in the pictures. Will come to stay here when we visit Venice again. Air conditioning works well during the scorching summer heat.
