    Nice modern apartment

    The apartment is brand new, exceptionally clean. It has absolutely everything- the cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils. The location is great, away from the crowds, but still very central, and close to everything, including vaporetto. Very nice bars and restaurants close by. Ideal for a family or a small group of friends.

    The apartment is on the ground floor. Which is great for luggage, not so great for views. It is beside the canal , and you can see it. But if you are comfortable with passers by, you will have to keep the curtains down.
