    The location is fabulous. If you wanna be right in the heart of things, that’s where you are! The hosts are amazing and accommodating I would go there again in a heartbeat. Everything was in walking distance, restaurants are fabulous, shopping is fabulous

    Great location, solid accommodation choice

    The pros first: - If it’s your first time in Florence, this is a great choice for a home base because it’s so centrally located - It’s quite spacious - Really appreciate being able to do a load of wash (for those in the states, noting that it’s a washer only and you have to hang dry items) - The manager is super communicative and responsive - It’s located on the same street as a wine window!

    So the cons: - It’s located on the same street as a wine window (and a couple of restaurants). Not an issue if you go to bed past 11, but if you’re an earlier sleeper, it may be a little loud - It’s pretty spartan in terms of supplies. For example, there was no hand soap in either bathroom so we had to purchase it- I think you have to rely on what others leave - It was mentioned in another post, but we did see a roach downstairs and there was one in the apartment Overall, I think it’s a good value, but hopefully it’s helpful to know what you’re getting.

    Decent place in the heart of the Florence

    Very convenient location, everything is walkable from there. Host is very nice and welcoming. Apartment is well prepared and cleaned for the guests.

    Reasonably old building with roaches and weird smells in entrance hall. Loft bedroom is not suitable for tall people, as well as very limited space in bathroom adjacent to it. Sound proofing could be better, get ready to wake up during night or early morning cause of noises from outside.

    Not good

    Definitely location, apartment has got good amenities and in very conditions.

    Toilet wasn’t clean and water pressure wasn’t good enough to have a proper shower. Entire apartment has no proper insulation it was very noisy and it is also a very hot apartment due to floor level. There is no lift so if you have a very heavy suitcase, it is on the 4th floor. We asked the landlord if we can leave our suitcases somewhere safe after the check out. He said there wasn’t any guest after us so apartment was empty but he asked more money to keep our suitcase for couple of hours, we find it, it was a very greedy gesture. We also stayed many times apartment or Airbnbs in Italy by law landlord always ask you to check in online with your passport details and pay city tax but this time, landlord didn’t ask us check in legally and he wanted to us to pay city tax by Cash so that came cross was also very doggy to us.
