  Очень хороший отель с большой территорией и шикарными видами. Отношение персонала было просто замечательным. Отдельную благодарность хочу выразить Богдане за ее помощь и всегда приветливое отношение к нам во время нашего проживания.

  Хотелось бы большего разнообразия по еде.

  L endroit est magnifique., l acceuil exceptionnel car nous sommes arrivés tard le réceptionnistes nous ont fait conduit au diner tout en s occupant de notre chek-in...jai bcp apprécié...le diner parfait et achalandé, la propreté de la chambre , l endroit est just🤩🤩🤩

  Il manquait juste la décoration sur mon lit ..housse et coussin design qui m'avaient poussé justement a réservé là...n

  Beautiful area...the Elounda Bay is amazing Cosy bedroom and the cleaning staff does a great job

  Quality and diversity of the food is a bit disappointing. No minbar ( snack or drinks) except from coffee (great! Nespresso machine) Or water Some staff very nice...but some not smiling or nice at all End of season price not worth ( too expensive) Being suggested few times to leave tips with bills 0 eur to fill in after restaurant

  Fantastiskt läge med utsikt att dö för!

  Pappertunna väggar i rummet. Liten restaurang. Extremt dålig service, värsta jag varit med om. Inga leenden, noll engagemang och för steril. De bad oss gå och hämta egen dricka vid bordsservering på en bokad restaurang. Ingen uppföljning eller koll på gäster. Verkligen INTE 5-stjärnigt

  Beautiful location and friendly staff, but several service issues made the experience fall short of what we expected for

  The staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted us with every question we had. The location is beautiful, and we were lucky to enjoy two days of great weather before the thunderstorm arrived. The hotel grounds and views are lovely. Our apartment was located quite high up the hill, so getting to it requires a fair amount of walking. However, the hotel provides its own transfer service around the property, which was very convenient and definitely helped.

  One disappointment was the lack of hot water due to some weather damage. For two days of our stay, the water in our shower was cold. We contacted the staff about the issue, but unfortunately it was not properly fixed until the evening of our last day, shortly before our departure, still the team was super polite and friendly, and provided alternative!
