    Cigarette smelling apartment.

    Location

    There was a very strong cigarette smell throughout the property which was only partially masked by lots of air freshener. We immediately left the apartment as refused to stay in an apartment smelling of cigarettes, especially with children. The owner refused to refund out money. Booking.com were not much help either and only offered minimal credit.
