Good value in the heart of Napoli

Umberto is an excellent host. He is personable and makes sure if anything is not 100% to try and fix it. The location is very central, and the facilities clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable, and the window shade darkened the room properly.

I wish the bathroom had a shelf to put our toiletries on. It would be nice in the bedroom to have a stool to put the luggage on.

First, due to the predicted storm, I was asked to cancel the accommodation or move the dates. I'm not allowed. After that, I was asked several times if I was coming and if I had paid for the accommodation. The beds are uncomfortable. Especially for a third person. The location is good.

    Genial

La amabilidad de Umberto, la ubicación genial, estabas cerca de todo, la habitación estaba muy bien, acogedora. En fin, todo estupendo.
