    With a little effort, this could be an excellent apartment!

    Good Location, but the Apartment Needs Renovation The apartment is in a good location, and the feeling of safety in the surrounding streets is a significant advantage. Another plus is the weekend market selling local products in the apartment courtyard. The host is very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Unfortunately, the apartment needs substantial renovation and better maintenance. The exposed electrical wires above the bathroom mirror pose a potential safety hazard, the shower has black stains, and the mattresses in the smaller bedroom are very uncomfortable and need replacing. The kitchen is very small and does not have a dishwasher. With investment in renovation, cleanliness, and equipment, the apartment could offer a much more comfortable stay. The host’s friendliness, the good location, and the feeling of safety are definitely positive aspects. Best regards

    Wonderful stay!

    The location was perfect and on a quiet street. Easy walk to Trastevere for dinner or Monti for shopping and many other places. Air conditioner worked well, shower was great. Didn’t really cook much but kitchen seemed well equipped. Host was very attentive. Thank you!
