The city tax of €6 per person, per night is not included, it must be paid before check-in directly to the property via bank transfer. In Italy it is mandatory to register guests at the departure police station. Therefore please send a photographic copy of the documents, by email or message, before check-in.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
