    Afrader, dit pand is toe aan een grondige renovatie!

    De werkelijke locatie is een pak méér afgeleefd dan weergegeven op de foto's. Het pand is slordig met wat likjes verf opgesmukt. Vuile spiegel, wasbak, ... Ook heel veel zaken zijn aan vernieuwing toe, losse WC-bril, een kraan die half los hangt, ... maar wat eigenlijk absoluut niet door de beugel kon is de ventilator in de badkamer. Als je het licht daar aanstak was het geluid abnormaal hoog, net alsof er in het plafond een generator aan het draaien was. Ook hoe die installatie opgesmukt was, ongezien. Er was daar duidelijk al eerder aan gewerkt, maar zonder succes. Eigenlijk onverantwoord om de accommodatie in deze toestand te verhuren aan reizigers.
