    A place to return to

    The house is placed in an ancient building right in the city center. It is very comfortable and well renovated. This makes it a very convenient base, as all the major monuments and countless different restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. It's clean and equipped with everything you need. A special mention goes to the mattress. I think it was one of the best I've ever slept on.

    Excellent location, lovely place, would love to visit again.

    Lovely, spacious apartment and very well equipped and really beautifully finished. The location is absolutely excellent - right in the middle of town with everything you need accessible.

    Lots of dirt and hair under the couch (my son's ball rolled underneath and came back with fur). The shower head has one silicon missing which means most of the pressure gets lost out of that one hole. Easy to fix :) The WiFi signal was quite poor and we struggled to connect at times. Perhaps a booster could overcome this.

    Excellent location in the heart of Orvieto

    location was excellent. facilities were excellent. everything was within walking distance. Stefano was extremely helpful and respectful. was able to do washing. everything was immaculate. neat and tidy and clean.

    I didn't like the shower head. too big for a small shower .... but only commenting because it was the only thing that i didn't love, but i wouldn't have complained about it because it was a minor issue.
