    The room with the 3 beds had a very bad sewerage smell the whole time

    The hotel has a charming historic character that takes you back in time, making you feel as though you're staying in a museum. The hospitality was exceptional, and the breakfast was excellent. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything I needed was taken care of.

    Perfecta ubicación y personal muy amable.

    Ubicación perfecta. Cerca de todo. Sobre todo de la estación de tren y del tranvía que llega del y lleva al aeropuerto. Desayuno justo pero correcto. Habitación correcta. Personal muy amable y cercano.

    No se me ocurre nada que me disgustara, quizás la falta de alguna repisa en la ducha para dejar el champú y el gel, para no tener que dejarlos en el suelo.

    Nice boutique hotel in a wonderful location.

    Boutique hotel converted from a palazzo located off the Santa Maria Novella church plaza. Location was great - close to many restaurants, shopping, Uffizi Gallery, the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio.

    Hotel room could get a bit noisy because of the location. Rooms were a bit dark and bathroom was on the smaller side, but definitely manageable.
