    The right spot

Perfect location so close to the Trevi fountain.

The system to enter the building was a bit challenging at first but was fine once we got it worked out.

Queria uma boa localização e tive.

Muito bem localizada, quarto espaçoso e limpo.

Atendimento deixou a desejar. Não me senti bem recepcionado.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I discovered what appeared to be bed bugs in my room and suffered bites during my stay. Once I realized what was happening, I no longer felt comfortable or safe staying there and had to leave the hotel. A hotel room should be clean, safe, and properly inspected between guests. Finding bed bugs is completely unacceptable, especially considering the potential for them to spread to luggage and clothing. I strongly recommend that anyone considering staying here be cautious and thoroughly inspect their room before unpacking. I also contacted the hotel/Booking.com regarding the situation and requested a refund for the stay. This experience completely ruined my trip and is not something I would expect from a hotel.
