    Fantastic base to explore Rome! Would return!!

    We loved the location and the feeling of being at the heart of a true city neighbour hood. We walked nearly everywhere, clocking up over 27000 steps one day! Near to St Peters basilica and the Vatican, but we also walked to the Colosseum, Spanish steps, Trevi fountain, Campo de Fiori etc. Had a lovely walk up Gianicolo hill, super views of the city, and then onto the Fontana dell'Acqua Paola (fountain) which was stunning. Walked down to Trasteve and back to apartment in a circular walk. The apartment was very clean and I was very impressed with the lovely hot shower. We are a family of 4 with 2 older teens. It was equipped with all the basics, towels, washer, microwave,clothes drying rail. We really liked the little yard area. The area had an abundance of restaurants and cafes nearby, a breakfast favourite was the Bakery house 5 mins walk away, the hot chocolate was amazing!! Also highly recommend Osteria Sant'Uffizio Vaticano, beautiful food and just a short walk away. Federica was lovely and had plenty of advice and recommendations. She was also fast to respond to any messages sent. The apartment had WiFi and a smart TV which obviously pleased the teens! I found the main bed comfy and a great size! No complaints from my boys about the singles. Another pillow or 2 would be welcome.

    The only thing that could be improved is a comfier settee. We did well over 20,000 steps each day, and a better settee would have been appreciated for our weary bones after all that walking! but saying that, we were out all day and only really chilled out for an hour or 2 in the evenings before going out for tea so the current one definitely didn't ruin anything! I would definitely stay there again!

    Rugalmas volt a korai check-in, extra díjért. A szállás 4-fős családnak megfelelő méretű. 2 külön ágy az egyik hálóban, ami tinédzsereknek is szuper. A lakás régies stílusú, olyan amilyen a képeken. 2 percre gyalog a Vatikán szívétől.

    Lassan felújításra szorulnak a szoba belsők.

    We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the property. We are a family with two kids, ages 7 and 8. The place was spacious, clean, and stocked with welcome drinks and basic essentials. The Wi-Fi was fast, too! There was a slight issue with the washing machine, but it turned out the water just needed to be turned on. Whenever we requested anything else, they kindly accommodated us. The owner truly wants guests to enjoy Rome and relax, and Federica was always quick to respond if we had any questions. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. It’s perfect for a family looking for a quiet retreat after a busy day out. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find everything you need—a supermarket, pharmacy, plenty of restaurants, a laundromat, and more. Best of all, it's just a short walk to St. Peter’s Basilica and Castel Sant'Angelo. Thank you to the owner and Federica for going above and beyond to make our stay so convenient and memorable!

    Our family trip with 2 teenage boys was awesome

    Really close to the Vatican, restaurants,bars and mini supermarket. Everything about the apartment was really good.
