Disappointing experience—not a 4-star hotel The check-in process was awful. Booking.com lists this as a 4-star hotel, but they didn't even provide basic check-in instructions. We arrived at 20:00 and had to wait outside for 40 minutes just to get into the building. Definitely not worth the rating.

Size, standards and cleanliness of room
The set up. Did not like the environment.. The puctures on the booking site made it look more inviting than it actually was. Would have preferred to stay in a traditional hotel with foyer entrance and a more welcoming environment.

Best stay in Roma August 2026
Everything just perfect from the easy self check in to the breakfast location, closeby attractions and metro. Great 24hours service, they are always through whatsapp and very kind receptionist during morning office hours. Super recommended
