  Calm, comfortable, close to everything - Good value for the price

  Excellent location, near the metro and within walking distance of many interesting parts of the city (catacombs, great pizza places, historical centre...). Not entirely quiet (it's Naples, after all), but much calmer than the historical centre. The balcony is a nice bonus to drink coffee in the morning if the sun is not too hot, or to chill in the evening. The bedroom and the bathroom are spacious. Good communication (in Italian and AI-translated English) with the company in charge of doing check-in and check-out. On the last day, we were able to leave our bags in the apartment after check-out to pick them up later, which was very nice.

  The bed was a little hard. Some minor repairs could be done, as some things are worn out. For instance, a deeper clean of the shower and new shower doors; the hanger for the hand towel is not fixed to the wall...

  Durchwachsen – Schöne Lage, aber zu viele Mängel im Detail

  Wir waren für eine Woche hier und haben gemischte Gefühle. Positiv ist uns vor allem die moderne Ausstattung und die tolle Lage aufgefallen, allerdings gab es leider erhebliche Mängel in der Instandhaltung und Sauberkeit, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Positiv: Zimmer & Ausstattung: Das Zimmer war schön hell, die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und der Smart-TV (mit Netflix, YouTube etc.) sowie der große Balkon waren ein echtes Plus. Lage & Ruhe: Dank der guten Fenster war es drinnen angenehm leise – was auch nötig war. Auch der Ausblick war recht passabel.

  Negativ / Mängel: ​Sanitäranlagen: Die Toilettenbrille war kaputt und die Spültaste defekt. Zudem war das Waschbecken verstopft. ​Schlafbereich & Mobiliar: Das Bett war ebenfalls defekt (das Kopfteil bzw. der obere Teil hatte sich gelöst) und der Nachttisch war kaputt. Die Kissen hatten Löcher, und auf der Bettdecke gab es Flecken. ​Wände: Die Wände im Zimmer waren stark bemalt und zerkratzt, was den ansonsten hellen Eindruck leider sehr abwertend beeinflusst hat. ​Küche: Die Nutzung der Küche war ohnehin untersagt. Die vorhandene Spülmaschine durfte nicht genutzt werden. Der Wasserkocher war komplett verkalkt und das Wasser kochte nicht mehr richtig auf. Die Kaffeemaschine war extrem dreckig – beim Versuch, sie zu spülen (ohne Kapsel), kam nur schwarzes Wasser heraus und man merkte am Druck, dass sie extrem verstopft war. ​Lärmbelästigung: Von den Nachbarn über uns war es extrem laut. Ständig wurde – oft auch noch nach 21:00 Uhr – Möbel gerückt oder laut hantiert, an Ruhe war kaum zu denken. ​Fazit: Das Potenzial ist definitiv da, und mit ein paar Reparaturen und einer ordentlichen Grundreinigung könnte das eine tolle Unterkunft sein. So wie wir es vorgefunden haben, entspricht es jedoch leider nicht unseren Erwartungen an Komfort und Sauberkeit. Schade.

  Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La posizione è ottima, con la stazione della metropolitana a pochi passi, che permette di raggiungere il centro di Napoli in pochi minuti. La zona è tranquilla e sicura, con una buona scelta di bar e pizzerie nei dintorni. Le camere sono state recentemente ristrutturate e gli ambienti sono curati e accoglienti. Molto apprezzata anche l'ampia zona comune, comoda e funzionale. Un ringraziamento speciale a Cosimo, il proprietario, una persona davvero squisita, gentile e sempre disponibile. Ci ha accolti con cordialità e ci ha dato preziosi consigli per visitare Napoli e scoprirne le bellezze. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole visitare Napoli sentendosi a casa, con la comodità di avere tutto a portata di mano! Se dovessimo tornare a Napoli, lo sceglieremmo sicuramente di nuovo.

  It was okay but not the best

  The location was very comfortable and the neighbors very friendly. It’s a quiet place close to the center. Good quality for the money we payed

  1) this might be my mistake but I didn’t know that there was a community area which didn’t bother me really but the apartment isnt soundproof 2) cooking and laundry is forbidden so that was a huge problem for us cus we stayed there for a week 3) one evening randomly someone opened out locked door while we were inside , later we found out that I was a manager and not a person renting the room next to us but for a while we questioned how safe we and our belongings were and if room keys were interchangeable. They guy was very polite and apologized and left as soon as he saw Light in our room 4) bathroom didnt work very well either stayed smelly and flushing mechanism was very bad
