    Comodo ma da migliorare

    La posizione è ottima, molto vicino alla spiaggia di Simius; comodissimo per Villasimius e per visitare le spiagge della zona. Il patio esterno molto ampio e comodo. Apprezzata la disponibilità del proprietario.

    Come letto in altri commenti, la casa andrebbe rimodernata e il giardino andrebbe curato un po' di più. Nonostante la buona volontà del proprietario, non siamo riusciti a far funzionare bene la connessione internet (sembrava dipendere dal gestore).

    Posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia di Simius, e vicina a quella Is traias e Punta Molentis

    Casa un po’ troppo caotica con soprammobili che prendono solo polvere; esterno poco curato e per la troppa vegetazione impossibilità di parcheggiare all’interno costringendo a lasciare l’auto davanti al cancello dovendo però considerare anche il cancello del vicino. Camera matrimoniale piccolina con pochi piani di appoggio
