    A warm, wonderful stay in a peaceful medieval town – exceptional hospitality!

    Our experience at Domus Petra was absolutely brilliant. The accommodation is simple yet perfectly equipped, but what truly sets it apart is the exceptional hospitality. Although staff are not stationed on-site full-time, when we sent a WhatsApp message in the evening asking if there was a wine opener available, one of the lovely staff members drove over specially to deliver one to us! The breakfast was another incredible highlight. We were amazed by the selection of homemade cakes—honestly, they looked and tasted completely professional. Unlike the overly sweet, heavy pastries you often find at other Italian hotels, these were perfectly balanced, light, and airy. We couldn't resist going back for seconds! They even provided brilliant vegan options, which is an impressive amount of effort and choice for a small guest house. The property is pristine, the views from the terrace are absolutely stunning, and the staff are incredibly kind. A fantastic place to stay—thank you so much!
