Guter Ausgangspunkt für eine Rundreise, aber sehr preisintensiv!
Wir haben eine funktional, aber liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung vorgefunden. Die Lage ist wirklich schön und die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Die Nähe zum Strand und zum Flughafen Olbia sind zudem ein Pluspunkt. Allerdings gibt es ringsherum um die Wohnung kaum Infrastruktur.
Wir haben dem Vermieter unsere Hinweise bereits kommuniziert. Darüber hinaus hatten wir das Gefühl, dass 704 Euro, Plus Kurtaxe für drei Nächte deutlich zu teuer sind. Denn dafür ist die Wohnung nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Zudem ist das Kinderzimmer ungemütlich, unsere Tochter wollte nicht in dem dunklen Raum schlafen.

Exceptionally quiet and clean apartment
Spacious apartment set in a very quiet complex of apartments. It is equipped fully to support short and long stays, including AC, which was needed during heat wave. It was clean, featured enough furniture to ensure you can unpack fully and decorated with new bathroom. Overall, it felt very welcoming, clean, and new. The view from the balcony was a nice addition as it oversees gardens, playground, and Portisco harbour. Both Portisco beach and Rena Bianca beach are about 10 minutes walking. Parking space is located very close to the apartment, literally, a few steps.
Balcony is great for enjoying an evening glass of wine but felt a bit small when eating lunch or dinner with family.

Superb
Nice comfortable space with great views. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds.
Portisco is very beautiful but also small. Only a marina with a couple restaurants and a small grocery store.
