Domus Theresa is a great place to stay when visiting Syracuse (Siracusa).
We would definitely stay here again - no questions asked. Here are some details: The owner (Barbara) answered all of our messages very promptly. She was kind and helpful in communicating with us, which is a very important consideration for us when we choose accommodations. The location is extremely convenient to Ortigia and public parking (a short 2.5 blocks away). I would not recommend staying on Ortigia with a car. The apartment has 1 master bedroom with a large bed for 2 people, a 2nd bedroom with 3 single beds, and a large living room with a sofa bed (I believe. We did not use it). Also one large bathroom with standup shower, a full size kitchen, a laundry machine, and two balconies that open onto the street below. The view from the balconies is ok - and the balconies are nice to have - but you will want to stay here for the convenience and accommodations, not for the view. Everything Is well appointed - we did not need anything. There are 3 separate air conditioners / heaters that are quiet and work well Even though the rooms face the street below, we did not have any noticeable problems with noise We were 3 people, and sharing a single bathroom was not a problem for us. You should consider whether sharing a single bathroom will work for you and your party. A full set of 3 towels was provided for each person (large bath, medium hand, small face towels) All in all we were very pleased!
One set of keys is provided - for larger parties it would be worth considering how to provide a second set, especially considering the mechanism that shuts some of the electricity when the keys are pulled out. (Note - There are separate cleaning, towel service and sheet service fees, plus taxes.)

La posizione dell'alloggio è fantastica, le camere sono molto ampie, bella la vista su Ortigia.
Si potrebbe migliorare l'arredamento, in particolare in cucina e nella stanza con il divanetto.
