Great location, walk distance to the Coloseum and Fontana di Trevi. Great AC, confortable beds, clean bed linen. Be awere that the ceiling is low.
The sofa bed is realy unconfortable and has an odd smell. The tap in the small bathroom is leaking, and you get your feet wet

Comfortable, convenient stay right in the heart of Rome!
Excellent, comfortable apartment, with good facilities, suitable for a small family and enough privacy for two couples. Great location to access the main cultural sites of Rome. Colosseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain etc and only10 minutes walk to the main Termini Train Station. Plenty of cool shops, bars and restaurants in the local area too. The host Angela was excellent and was on hand at all times with accommodation access instructions, and useful information about the local area and apartment.
Personally, everything was great!
