    10/10

We stayed here for 3 nights in the middle of August. The location is nice (a 5-min drive from Matera historical center) or about a 30-min walk. The apartment was clean and very well equipped; it even has a washing machine, which we used. The pool is nice and clean, very well taken care of. The host was friendly and very helpful; he guided us and gave us recommendations. Great value for the price!
