Great place and value for money. Down to earth accommodation
The host was so friendly and really went out of his way to help us get a car park, stocked the apartment with water, coffee and toiletries. He had lots of local knowledge and food recommendations, and checked in to make sure we were going well. Huge apartment!
It’s a small walk to the middle of town but it was actually nice to feel like you were in a more authentic area. It’s a small town with equal parts of glitz and grit

Splendida settimana a Termoli, ospitalità impeccabile!
Abbiamo trascorso una settimana fantastica nell'appartamento Don Alfonso. Fin dal nostro arrivo, il proprietario (il signor Antonio) ci ha accolti con grande calore e disponibilità, descrivendoci il palazzo e la zona, e lasciandoci ottimi consigli sui ristoranti della città. È stato utilissimo anche per la gestione dell'auto, indicandoci dove posteggiare e offrendo il suo aiuto per trovarci un posto.La posizione è davvero strategica: il corso principale si raggiunge a piedi in pochi passi e nelle immediate vicinanze c'è tutto, compreso il supermercato Conad. Conoscevamo già Termoli, ma questa zona si è rivelata in assoluto la più comoda. Siamo rimasti super soddisfatti, anche perché la vicinanza al porto ci ha permesso di fare una bellissima gita alle Isole Tremiti, raggiungibili in appena un'ora.L'appartamento si trova all'interno di un bellissimo palazzo storico ed è davvero enorme, con tantissime stanze a disposizione. Il signor Antonio è stato una garanzia: presente, premuroso e pronto a correre subito da noi per qualsiasi necessità. Lo consigliamo assolutamente!

Close to everything we needed, spacious, cool, and clean!
We loved the close location to Termoli and the beaches. The property had great AC and lots of space. The WiFi worked well. We would definitely stay again
