Ants in the bathroom & disgusting smell coming from bathroom

The location & view was amazing

Could not unlock the gates to get in on several occasions absolutely ridiculous .. waited outside the gates on two occasions for someone else to access our apartment - not acceptable- also there was a “knack” to opening the actual apartment door itself - we had to be talked through via phone.. so clearly this is an issue
