  Can't argue with the view & location but wouldn't stay here again

  The view & location was fantastic

  Major lack of wardrobes, none at all in the master bedroom. I fail to understand how 6 people would be able to manage this. The seating around the wooden table was uncomfortable, 1 of the chairs very wobbly & not safe to sit on. Twin room not really big enough, which is why I assume there is a pull down bed in the living area. Overall the place requires a deep clean, shabby walls in areas. Shame really as great view & location but apartment requires improvement

  Si le personnel de booking à Bénidorm etait très bien, je constate que pour la 2ème année consécutive, problème avec lave vaisselle ( qui fait partie de la prestation). l'année dernière, pas de lave vaisselle et cette année lave vaisselle en panne. signalé à Booking dès la lendemain de notre arrivée, mais le technicien n'est jamais passé, donc sans lave vaisselle durant le séjour. De plus, les ustensiles de cuisine était très limités ainsi que la vaisselle. Etant certain de votre attachement à la relation client de votre société, je sollicite un geste commercial de votre part pour ces petits désagréments. Recevez mes salutations distinguées.   The air con was awful. The room was 31 degrees the whole time. Absolutely unbearable to sleep or relax

  Would never use any property managed by Benidorm Booking again.

  I thought the location on the beach would be enjoyable but the extreme noise until 6am was unacceptable, no sleep could be had. It literally felt like the bed was in the middle of a stadium with people yelling until 6am.

  The home was descent but the management company was awful, the worst I’ve ever experienced. They do not fit the unit with basic necessities like for hygiene, no soap in the bathrooms or kitchen. No blankets if you would like a blanket to sleep they do not provide any. We called and asked and they said “we don’t provide blankets because it’s summer..” The air conditioning that you must pay for by the kWh is atrocious, the rooms are unbearably hot and no one could sleep.
