    Отель "Дона" - Чудесно!

    Отличная гостиница - угадал! Расположение (почти напротив Музея Янтаря и рядом с верхним и нижним Озёрами) идеальное для знакомства с Калининградом и релакс-прогулок. Номера удобные, просторные, со всеми необходимыми мелочами. Завтраки отменные. Персонал - все очень симпатичные, отзывчивые и вежливые. Рядом супермаркет, автобус. остановки и пр. Если вернусь, то к ним. Рекомендую!!!)

    Отлично!

    Мне все очень понравилось.ОЧЕНЬ ХОРОШИЙ, разнообразный завтрак,был Wi-Fi,уютный одноместный номер.хорошее расположение,рядом озеро И старинные постройки.И замечательные ,вежливые,внимательные, доброжелательные администраторы на reception.

    The employees here are great. All of the ladies at the front desk are incredibly helpful. When our tour guide left without us, one receptionist spent 30 minutes on the phone calling different people to help us out. And they also ordered pizzas for me since I couldn't speak any Russian. The breakfast was also good. There are different hot options everyday. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable, and they cleaned it everyday.

    Не плохо. Но в следующий раз здесь не остановлюсь

    Снизила оценку за чистоту поскольку в коридорах лежит ковровое покрытие , которое было не очень чистым. Правда его как раз частично меняли , что тоже напрягало , потому что лестницы и так достаточно не удобные. Лифта нет. Завтраки худшие из всех, которые я видела в России. Вроде есть все , но оно какое то не очень вкусное и в некрасивом помещении. Не было горячимы воды несколько часов. Душевая кабина достаточно тесная. Двухспальная кровать для двоих также хотелось бы шире. При этом два отдельных узких одеяла. В целом не плохо. Но в следующий раз за аналогичные деньги попробую ибис например ..
