Perfect place!
This place is adorable, extremely clean, has everything you need even a washer! The host has been nothing but kind. They accepted euros, very accommodating! It is in a great location right in the heart of the new town and a short walk to the old town!! Loved it here it was very quiet at night! AC and hot water!! Best place I have been in my trip for the Balcanes!

Safe, Cosy, comfy, super clean with everything I needed for my stay including a fully equipped kitchen. The studio looked brand new. The owner & family live nearby but the entrance is private and I got full privacy. The daughter or owner speaks fluent english so there was no issue asking queries. Its in the new part of the town and in a residential area but I prefer experiencing life of locals, be prepared to hear sounds of roosters in the morning, nights are quiet, I walked alone at 2am from the old bazaar. 20 mins walk to the Old Bazaar, 5 mins to the Main Oval / City centre with shops, 9 mins to Main Bus station. I like walking & hiking so distance to Bazaar didnt bother me but you can pay euro 5 to drive you there. Beware if youre walking from the main Bus station, google directions are inaccurate and if you take Rruga Zeman Haska, youll end up in front of someones home, walk left uphill and after a few mins of steep walk, turn right to get to the apt.
