    Host let a squatter stay instead of us

    We showed up at 3pm on the day of our booking despite not having been given details on how to check in yet. I tried to contact the host beforehand but didn’t hear back until after 3pm, only to be told there was someone else staying there who they had let in the day before, who didn’t actually have a booking until over a week later. We had afternoon plans and had to figure out somewhere else to stay with very little time, and at a substantial cost due to how last minute it was. We didn’t go inside the house but we did see the front yard and it was very unkempt. The area was also not very pleasant.

    Spacious and clean

    Could do with more seating in lounge area, only a 3 seat sofa. Front garden could do with a tidy. Back garden could do with sorting out, long grass and weeds.
