    The property was very comfortable and close to facilities and freeway.

    Unfortunately, there was some cleaning to do on arrival in the bathroom and a minor leak in living room.

    Great space ruined by poor cleanliness, hidden fees, and incessant messaging The apartment itself was physically comfortable, but unfortunately, our stay was ruined by several significant issues. Cleanliness & Maintenance: The overall level of cleaning was noticeably below average. We actually had to clean the TV screen ourselves before using it, the windows had heavy streaking, and there were funky smells coming from inside the drawers. To top it off, the ensuite bathroom drain was clogged. Surprise Fees: Just one hour before check-in, we were hit with a $500 security deposit bond. There was zero pre-warning, and it was never mentioned anywhere in the original property details or listing. Host Communication: Communication leading up to check-out was overbearing. The host repeatedly messaged us the day before we left, demanding to know the exact minute we were checking out. We were in town attending a wedding and on holiday; constantly having to monitor our phones and worry about check-out demands was incredibly intrusive. The potential for a great stay is there, but management needs to address their cleaning standards, transparency regarding fees, and respect for guests' time.
