    7층조식프론트직원분때문에 1점 뺐어요.

    실내수영장과 온천을 둘다 이용할 수 있다는 점에서 좋았습니다.

    7층 조식 직원 서비스가 아쉬웠습니다. 프론트 여직원분의 다소 쏘아붙이는 듯한 말투가 서비스직에 있어서 개선 되어야할 부분이라고 느꼈습니다. 조식이 가격대가 있는 편이고 서비스도 금액에 포함된다고 생각하는데 가족들이 조금 당황했어요. 다른 직원분들은 모두 상냥하고 음식은 만족했어요.

    중국 스타일 규모와 디자인 . 편리성과 안전성 결여. 규모에 어울리는 연계성도 아쉽고요.
