Pokój w bloku z wspólną kuchnią oraz wspólną lodówką i miejscem śniadań. Śniadanie włoskie, ale z owocami, jogurtami i napojami oceniamy bardzo pozytywnie. Na dachu taras widokowy na Materę. Do starego miasta blisko pieszo. Obok na ulicy są miejsca parkingowe.
