Good location but will need a lot of fixing before it becomes an ideal place to stay
Great location. Spacious porperty
Most doors , including toilet doors won’t close properly. Not ideal at all if you need privacy. The bathroom taps are wobbly and feel like they may come off anytime.

Needs attention
Location-close to shops. Plenty of offstreet parking. Large home.
Structural issues-Large cracks in the wall on either side of the kitchen/dinning room door almost at the ceiling. Pressure from the load bearing wall failing is compressing kitchen cabinetry. All floors are not level and tilt in various directions. The laundry wall is built over a window shared with the bathroom next door and offers no privacy. Plumbing-low pressure water in all showers. Electrical-switches and switch location may not be to code. Gardens need attention-weeding and mowing. Beds are uncomfortable and mattress/linen needs replacing. One bed had bed bugs and needed to be sprayed. Advertising photos do not represent the current state of the property.

A good location as it was close to our conference venue and handy to the supermarket
There was plenty of room and there were heat pumps in all the bedrooms as well as the living area. Also the 3 bathrooms were great as we didn’t have to share.
The outside are was a bit overgrown so not really accessible to use/enjoy
