    Thank you Alessandro & Luca!

    The customer service was excellent, Alessandro, Luca and Joseph were so kind, hospitable and considerate - they made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and the location was excellent, right in the beating heart of Italy. The terrace offers a gorgeous view of the city and can't be missed!

    I like the location and reception staff they were so attentive and friendly

    I booked a five-night stay, and on the last night, the electricity went out due to rain. The rainfall was not particularly heavy, but when the power was restored, the air conditioning remained nonfunctional. As a temporary solution, the hotel provided an electric fan.
