    Uncomfortable Small Room & Bathroom

The location and free on-street parking were good. The breakfast was good.

Access to our room on the top floor up two flights of stairs was not good. Our room was VERY small, with nowhere to put anything down, the bathroom was microscopically tiny. Very uncomfortable. Out of six or seven rooms available in the hotel, only three were occupied during our stay. It seemed that larger and more accessible rooms were available lower down, but the host did not offer any of these to us. Having to order breakfast the night before (both time and the exact meal) seemed to be more for the convenience of the hosts than the guests. With only three rooms occupied this seemed very unneccesary.

Well fed and well rested and plenty of stuff to do.

Super breakfast/good choices and lovely fresh fruit Very near seafront and train station. Essy to get to attractions. Dressing gowns provided. Comfy bed and no noise disturbance. Well organised snd very welcoming.

We only stayed 3 nights and there was nothing negative to report.
