Freundliches und bemühtes Personal, leider Hygiene- und Organisationsmängel
Die gute Lage und das freundliche, hilfsbereite Empfangspersonal. Bei einem früheren Aufenthalt vor einigen Jahren war alles einwandfrei. Nach erneuter Reklamation wurde uns ein deutlich saubereres Zimmer angeboten und der Mitarbeiter hat sich persönlich darum gekümmert. Als Entschuldigung erhielten wir ein kostenloses Frühstück. Laut Hotel wurde inzwischen auch die Reinigungsfirma gewechselt.
Das erste Zimmer war offensichtlich nicht gereinigt: Haare überall und auf der Bettwäsche, offenbar benutzte Handtücher, verschmutzte Fenster, stark verkalktes Bad sowie nahezu leere Seifen- und Duschgelspender. Die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht schließen und die Minibar enthielt lediglich ein Bier. Als wir uns zum Schlafen hingelegt hatten, öffnete jemand unangekündigt unsere Zimmertür und ging nach einer kurzen Entschuldigung wieder. Am Abend meldeten wir die Mängel an der Rezeption und vereinbarten eine Reinigung für den nächsten Tag. Als wir zurückkamen, war nichts passiert, da die Reinigung intern nicht weitergegeben worden war. Erst nach einer erneuten Reklamation konnten wir in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen, das in Ordnung war. Insgesamt ärgerlich, dass wir uns im Urlaub mehrfach selbst um grundlegende Dinge wie Sauberkeit und ein ordentliches Zimmer kümmern mussten.
